Penguin wants to fly more than anything else. He lifts heavy weights, does hundreds of jumping jacks, and even tries using balloons, kites, and propellers to make the best wings ever!

On his journey to blast off, he meets clamorous chickens, a smug seagull, and many other gracious ground birds. What happens when Penguin is challenged to a race in the sky?
